Service-Based Refunds
Root & Record provides professional services that begin as soon as a project is booked or work is initiated. For this reason:

All service fees are non‑refundable once work has begun.

This includes strategy sessions, consulting, creative development, document preparation, and any custom work performed on your behalf.
If you need to reschedule a session or adjust your project timeline, please reach out—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
Deposits & Retainers
Some services may require a deposit or retainer to reserve time on our calendar.

Deposits and retainers are non‑refundable.

They may be applied to a rescheduled session if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
Digital Products
If Root & Record offers digital downloads, templates, or educational materials:

All digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booked service:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are considered a missed appointment and are non‑refundable.
Project Satisfaction
We want you to feel supported and confident in your experience. If something feels unclear or misaligned during your project:

We will make reasonable efforts to clarify, revise, or adjust within the scope of the original service agreement.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with creative direction, strategic recommendations, or outcomes that fall within the agreed‑upon scope.
