I believe God places us exactly where we're meant to grow - every step of my story reflects that. My story began at UC Riverside, where studying English taught me the power of clear, intentional communication. After graduating, I spent two decades building a career with a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. Those years shaped me in ways I'm grateful for; they taught me discipline, integrity, and the importance of doing things the right way. During my career I earned my MBA with a concentration in finance from University of Redlands. This is where I really began to form a strong foundation in strategic thinking and numbers. During this time, I grew professionally but also grew in my understanding of who I wanted to be as a wife and mother.

 

I started looking for more in my career and decided in 2024, I was going to get my Real Estate License. I wanted to build generational wealth for our children and explore how real estate could help us build something lasting. Since, we have purchased two properties that we rent as Short Term Rentals, and we are always looking for our next investment. Each property becomes more than just an investment; it becomes a piece of the legacy we're creating for our kids, it represents hard work, it creates memories, and it establishes strong roots for our family to grow on.

As time flew by, so did my desire to be more present, not just physically, but emotionally and intentionally. I felt a pull toward work that aligned with my values, allowed me to serve others, and give me the freedom to show up fully for my family. Trusting that God was leading me toward something more meaningful I took a step back from my corporate career.

Root & Record Group is my leap to something greater. It's a reflection of everything I believe in: clarity, perseverance, integrity, and the commitment to build strong foundations - in business, in family, and in life. The work I do here is guided by the same values that guide my home: the belief that when we build with intention, when we don't give up, we end up building something that lasts for generations.
